Hi I'm Clare,
Welcome to pilates by clare, my brand new website.
I'm a mum of two with a real passion for pilates. I found pilates really helped me with my own hyper-mobility, aches and pains, as well as during and after pregnancy.
As a qualified instructor I’ve been helping my clients of all ages and abilities in Bishops Stortford improve their mind and body to become happier and healthier. As well as mat and dynamic pilates classes, I also provide adapted sessions specifically for mums to be and mums with new babies.
